Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation must be received by email lykopisinfo@gmail.com during business hours. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Client/Student missed classes will NOT BE REFUNDED or REBOOKED.

  • Lykopis cancelled classes/workshops – in case of circumstances such as but not limited to weather/sickness Lykopis will offer to make 2 options for make-up classes. If the student/client is unable to attend the available make-up class/workshop, no refund/credit will be given. If Lykopis is unable to reschedule a class/workshop, a 40% credit will be given.

  • Client cancelled events – in case of circumstances such as but not limited to weather/sickness Lykopis will endeavor to make 2 attempts to reschedule the event. If we are unable to reschedule the event, and the client cancels, a refund of 60% will be given.
